Customers are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Supply of Goods

The supply of products and services by Adeem Al-Sahra Trading Company (“the Company”) is subject exclusively to these Terms & Conditions. Any conflicting terms proposed by the customer shall not apply unless approved in writing by the Company.

2. Risk & Responsibility

Responsibility and risk for products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the customer, carrier, or designated delivery location.

The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse occurring after delivery, except in cases related to verified manufacturing defects covered under warranty.

3. Shipping Damage or Loss

All products are inspected and verified before shipment.

Customers are advised not to accept shipments showing visible damage or tampering. Once the shipment has been accepted, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

In the event a shipment is lost by the courier company, the Company will arrange a replacement shipment when applicable.

4. Ownership of Goods

Ownership of products remains with Adeem Al-Sahra Trading Company until full payment has been received and confirmed.

5. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In the event of pricing errors, the Company reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the order before shipment. The confirmed price at the time of successful payment shall be considered the final price.

6. Value Added Tax (VAT)

All listed prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

7. Warranty

Adeem Al-Sahra Trading Company guarantees its products against manufacturing defects and operational malfunctions according to applicable warranty terms.

For products belonging to third-party brands, warranty coverage and technical support may be handled through the respective authorized distributors or manufacturers.

8. Product Appearance

Product packaging, external design, or manufacturing year may vary depending on availability and supplier updates without affecting product functionality or performance.

The Company is not responsible for minor packaging or appearance differences from displayed images.

9. Shipping & Order Preparation

We strive to process and ship orders within 24 hours whenever possible.

• Order preparation may require between 1–7 business days.

• Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping provider and destination city.

• Some shipments may take up to 14 business days.

Express Shipping

Express shipping applies only to:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM

• Selected delivery areas

• Shipments under 30 KG

Installation or maintenance services cannot be combined with express delivery orders.

Express shipping fees are non-refundable unless the delay is caused directly by the Company.

10. Payment Methods

• Bank Transfers

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

The Company reserves the right to delay or cancel shipment until payment verification is completed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Maximum COD order value:  500

• The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

11. Returns & Exchanges

Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories, before any return, exchange, or refund request can be processed.

For promotional or bundled ink and toner offers, refunds may be adjusted according to the promotional value or exchanged for alternative products.

12. Orders Through Sales Representatives

Sales representatives operate within assigned geographical territories.

The Company may request customer identification or business information to complete transactions securely.

Orders may be refused or canceled if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, trademarks, logos, text, and images are the exclusive property of Adeem Al-Sahra Trading Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

14. Disclaimer

The Company reserves the right to:

• Notify customers if a product becomes unavailable

• Offer alternative products when applicable

• Cancel orders and issue refunds if necessary

All sales and services are currently limited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Adeem Al-Sahra Trading Company is not responsible for shipments or services outside Saudi Arabia.

15. General Terms

Any future agreements, purchases, or supply contracts shall remain subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any transaction or agreement that violates these terms without liability for damages or compensation.
