The supply of goods by Adeem Al-Sahra Trading Company ("the Seller") is subject to the following terms, which must be accepted. In case of any conflict between these terms and any terms proposed by the buyer, the company's terms apply.
Any condition the buyer wishes to apply must be approved in writing by the company.
Risks related to the supplied goods transfer to the buyer upon delivery to their possession, the carrier, or the specified delivery location. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage after delivery, unless caused by a manufacturing defect, in which case the manufacturer is responsible.
All products are inspected before being handed over to shipping companies. The company is not responsible for damages during shipping once the customer receives the goods. If goods are lost by the shipping company, a replacement shipment will be sent.
Ownership of the goods remains with the company until full payment is received.
All prices are subject to change without notice unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
All prices include the applicable VAT.
Adeem Al-Sahra Trading Company guarantees its products against manufacturing defects and malfunctions. Guidance is provided only for products from other brands, for which the respective brand agents should be contacted in case of issues.
The external design or production year may vary and does not affect product performance. The company is not legally responsible for differences in the product packaging.
We aim to ship products within 24 hours and deliver within 3 business days. Order preparation may take 1–7 business days. Shipping duration varies by shipping company and customer location, and may take up to 14 days.
Do not accept shipments if they are damaged or compromised. After delivery, responsibility lies with the shipping company.
Applies to products purchased before 2:00 PM, limited to specific areas, and weights under 30 kg. Installation or maintenance services cannot be added. Express shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on the company’s side.
Payments can be made via cards, bank transfers, or cash on delivery. The company may delay shipping until full payment is confirmed and no issues exist.
Maximum invoice value: SAR 500. The company reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
Products must be returned in their original state to the shipping representative before exchange or refund. During promotional campaigns for ink, the amount will be refunded or exchanged for a different number.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or cancel an order before shipment. The final price is the amount at the time of completed payment.
Each representative has a defined geographic coverage area.
Customer information may be requested to complete the transaction.
Representatives may refuse orders if fraud is suspected.
Any future contracts for the supply of goods must comply with the above terms. The company reserves the right to terminate any agreement violating these terms without liability for damages.
The website and its content are the property of Adeem Al-Sahra Trading Company. The trademark cannot be used without written permission.
The company may notify the customer if a product is unavailable, offer a replacement, or cancel the order and refund the paid amount. Sales are limited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company is not responsible for shipments outside Saudi Arabia.
